Dr. Leigh Vinocur is a board-certified physician with dual training in urology and emergency medicine, bringing more than 25 years of clinical and leadership experience across hospital medicine, public health, and industry. She earned one of the nation’s first Master of Science degrees in Medical Cannabis Science and Therapeutics and has been actively engaged in advancing evidence-based cannabis care, policy, patient safety standards, and physician education.

Dr. Vinocur has served as a medical advisor to industry and policy organizations and has contributed to public health discussions surrounding cannabis regulation, youth exposure, advertising standards, and clinical oversight. She previously authored the monthly “Ask Dr. Leigh” a medical cannabis column for Hearst’s GreenState.com and frequently provides national media commentary on cannabis science, public health policy, and emerging research.
