NCCC Strategic Partnerships
The NCCC has entered into a number of strategic partnerships to better serve its members, patients, caregivers, physicians, and researchers.
Standard Seed Corporation
Standard Seed Corporation is a biotechnology company that uses AI and computational biology to map cannabinoid compounds, screen them for safety and therapeutic potential, and identify promising botanical candidates. The world's first botanical AI factory, it pairs that research with QR-code traceability, standardized real-world data structures, and regulatory-pathway guidance spanning hemp-derived products, state-regulated cannabis, and FDA-regulated drugs, making certified products research-ready for patient registries, procurement, and insurance platforms, including the first federal insurance program for seniors using cannabinoids. Standard Seed supports NCCC's focus on turning real-world evidence into clinically useful data.
Realm of Caring (RoC)
Serving as a core patient support and real-world evidence partner, Realm of Caring provides a proven registry model and direct patient-support infrastructure to the coalition. RoC bridges the gap between consumers, families, and healthcare providers by collecting high-quality observational data on cannabinoid therapies, providing free education and individualized support to help patients safely navigate cannabinoid therapy, and ensuring patient access and safety remain central to policy and clinical implementation.
Society of Cannabis Clinicians (SCC)
The premier professional medical society dedicated to cannabinoid medicine, the SCC drives clinician education, clinical practice standards, and CME integration. SCC’s network of physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals supports NCCC’s Medical Advisory Board and provider outreach, establishing evidence-based dosing protocols, curriculum development, and best practices for integrating cannabinoid therapeutics into standard healthcare delivery. SCC is developing a fully accredited curriculum for interprofessional health care providers to provide endocannabinoid system education.
LEAF411
LEAF411 is a national nonprofit, nurse-staffed cannabis information helpline that gives patients, caregivers, and healthcare providers direct access to registered nurses trained in cannabinoid science. Over seven years of operation, LEAF411 has handled thousands of live calls, building a body of first-touch data that captures what patients ask, what concerns they raise, and where they need support when they first seek guidance on cannabinoid therapy. As the coalition's patient-facing clinical support layer, LEAF411 extends physician-guided care beyond the exam room by providing nurse-led onboarding, education on drug-to-drug interactions and routes of administration, structured follow-up, and escalation to the recommending clinician when concerns arise. Its consumer-facing and provider-facing education helps patients use cannabinoid therapies safely and helps clinicians and care teams recommend them with confidence. LEAF411 supports NCCC's commitment to ensuring that federal integration of cannabinoid therapies is grounded in safe, nurse-supported patient care.
